OUR PROFILE

Established in 1953, China Railway First Survey and Design Institute Group Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as ‘FSDI’), is one of the first batch of big comprehensive railway survey and design institutions in China. There are more than 4000 employees in FSDI now. Since its establishment, FSDI has scored new highs for hundreds of times both home and abroad which honors FSDI as one of the leading companies in modern transportation field of China. FSDI contributed the first electrified railway, the first desert railway, the first salt lake railway, the first plateau frozen earth railway, the first HSR built in the collapsible loess area in China; FSDI also contributed the first HSR crossing the alpine area and the first longest HSR built in one time in the world; the first metro project that won the FIDIC outstanding Engineering Award is also designed by FSDI.
